About CAI Solutions
Who we are
CAI Solutions LLC is a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We serve as the parent company for a portfolio of independently operated software products, providing each with shared infrastructure, security practices, legal and regulatory compliance, and operational support.
The structure is deliberate. Each product is close enough to its own customers to move quickly, while the standards that matter — how data is handled, how consent is captured, how messages are sent — are set once and applied everywhere.
What we build
Our products serve independent businesses and organizations that are typically underserved by enterprise software: neighborhood retailers, restaurants and food service operators, and youth and club sports programs. These operators need software that is affordable, quick to adopt, and reliable on a Saturday afternoon when nobody is available to troubleshoot it.

How we handle data
We hold ourselves to a small number of commitments across every product:
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent records with third parties or lead generators for marketing purposes, at any time.
- We collect express written consent before sending any text message, and we document it.
- Users can delete their account and data themselves, from inside every product, at no cost.
